Delivery Policy

1) Course Format

The Dream Lab program is delivered 100% online through the Dream Lab platform (dream-lab.ai). The program consists of 33 video-based tasks, an AI Co-founder tool, idea finder, and prompt library. All materials are available in English and Vietnamese.

2) Access Delivery

After payment confirmation, program access is delivered via email to the address provided during registration. The email contains login credentials and instructions for accessing the platform.

3) Delivery Time

Program access is delivered within 24 hours after payment confirmation. In case of delays, participants may contact Dream Lab support for assistance.

4) Account and Access

Each registration provides access for the number of founders included in the selected plan:

  • Launch: 1–4 founders
  • Scale: up to 6 founders

Access is valid for the duration of the current program cohort. Sharing account credentials outside the registered team is prohibited.

5) Technical Requirements

Participants need a device with internet access and a modern web browser. The platform is optimized for desktop and mobile use.

6) Cohort Duration

Each program cohort runs for a defined period, which will be communicated to participants at the time of enrollment. Exact start and end dates are confirmed via email after payment. Access to program materials remains available for the duration of the cohort.
