Chính sách thanh toán này được ban hành bởi Công ty TNHH Dream Lab AI ("Dream Lab") và là một phần không tách rời của Điều khoản sử dụng tại dream-lab.ai/terms-conditions.
Dream Lab cung cấp nhiều gói chương trình, bao gồm gói Dùng thử miễn phí. Bảng giá hiện tại, chi tiết gói và nội dung bao gồm trong mỗi gói được hiển thị tại trang thanh toán dream-lab.ai/checkout. Tất cả giá niêm yết bằng Đồng Việt Nam (VNĐ) và đã bao gồm thuế.
Thanh toán được thực hiện qua chuyển khoản ngân hàng (VietQR). Thông tin chuyển khoản:
Vui lòng ghi chính xác nội dung chuyển khoản bao gồm tên gói (LAUNCH hoặc SCALE) và họ tên đầy đủ để chúng tôi xác nhận thanh toán nhanh chóng. Nếu chủ thể thanh toán là công ty, vui lòng ghi rõ tên công ty trong nội dung chuyển khoản.
Sau khi chuyển khoản thành công, Dream Lab sẽ xác nhận thanh toán và cung cấp quyền truy cập chương trình trong vòng 24 giờ qua email. Nếu không thể xác minh thanh toán do thông tin chuyển khoản không chính xác, Dream Lab sẽ liên hệ người đăng ký để làm rõ.
Dream Lab có thể cung cấp học bổng và mã giảm giá. Nếu mã được nhập trong quá trình đăng ký, số tiền điều chỉnh sẽ được xác nhận qua email trước khi người tham gia chuyển khoản.
Tất cả giao dịch được thực hiện bằng Đồng Việt Nam (VNĐ).
Dream Lab sẽ xuất hóa đơn điện tử cho tất cả các khoản thanh toán nhận được, theo đúng quy định về thuế của Việt Nam. Hóa đơn sẽ được gửi đến địa chỉ email đã cung cấp khi đăng ký. Nếu bạn cần định dạng hóa đơn cụ thể hoặc thông tin bổ sung cho tổ chức của bạn, vui lòng liên hệ challenge@dream-lab.ai trước hoặc ngay sau khi thanh toán.
Trường hợp giá trên trang thanh toán hiển thị mức giá ưu đãi so với giá niêm yết gốc, đây là mức giá giới thiệu hoặc giá ưu đãi đầu khóa, có giới hạn thời gian. Giá niêm yết gốc là mức phí chương trình tiêu chuẩn. Dream Lab có quyền điều chỉnh giá cho các khóa tiếp theo.

This Payment Policy is issued by Công ty TNHH Dream Lab AI ("Dream Lab") and forms an integral part of the Terms of Use at dream-lab.ai/terms-conditions.
Dream Lab offers multiple program plans, including a free Trial. Current pricing, plan details, and what is included in each tier are displayed on the checkout page at dream-lab.ai/checkout. All prices are listed in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and include applicable taxes.
Payment is accepted via bank transfer (VietQR). Payment details:
Please enter the exact transfer note including your plan name (LAUNCH or SCALE) and your full name so we can confirm your payment quickly. If the paying entity is a company, please include the company name in the transfer note.
After successful transfer, Dream Lab will confirm payment and provide program access within 24 hours via email. If payment cannot be verified due to incorrect transfer details, Dream Lab will contact the registrant for clarification.
Dream Lab may offer scholarships and discount codes. If a code is entered during registration, the adjusted amount will be confirmed via email before the participant transfers payment.
All transactions are conducted in Vietnamese Dong (VND).
Dream Lab will issue an electronic invoice (hóa đơn điện tử) for all payments received, in accordance with Vietnamese tax regulations. The invoice will be sent to the email address provided during registration. If you require a specific invoice format or additional details for your organization, please contact challenge@dream-lab.ai before or promptly after payment.
Where prices on the checkout page show a reduced rate compared to the original list price, this reflects introductory or early-cohort pricing available for a limited time. The original list price represents the standard program fee. Dream Lab reserves the right to adjust pricing for future cohorts.
