This Payment Policy is issued by Công ty TNHH Dream Lab AI ("Dream Lab") and forms an integral part of the Terms of Use at dream-lab.ai/terms-conditions.
Dream Lab offers multiple program plans, including a free Trial. Current pricing, plan details, and what is included in each tier are displayed on the checkout page at dream-lab.ai/checkout. All prices are listed in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and include applicable taxes.
Payment is accepted via bank transfer (VietQR). Payment details:
Please enter the exact transfer note including your plan name (LAUNCH or SCALE) and your full name so we can confirm your payment quickly. If the paying entity is a company, please include the company name in the transfer note.
After successful transfer, Dream Lab will confirm payment and provide program access within 24 hours via email. If payment cannot be verified due to incorrect transfer details, Dream Lab will contact the registrant for clarification.
Dream Lab may offer scholarships and discount codes. If a code is entered during registration, the adjusted amount will be confirmed via email before the participant transfers payment.
All transactions are conducted in Vietnamese Dong (VND).
Dream Lab will issue an electronic invoice (hóa đơn điện tử) for all payments received, in accordance with Vietnamese tax regulations. The invoice will be sent to the email address provided during registration. If you require a specific invoice format or additional details for your organization, please contact challenge@dream-lab.ai before or promptly after payment.
Where prices on the checkout page show a reduced rate compared to the original list price, this reflects introductory or early-cohort pricing available for a limited time. The original list price represents the standard program fee. Dream Lab reserves the right to adjust pricing for future cohorts.
