Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

This Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy ("Policy") is issued by Công ty TNHH Dream Lab AI ("Company") to protect the rights of customers when using services provided by the Company. This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Use at dream-lab.ai/terms-conditions.

1) Free Trial

Dream Lab offers a free Trial tier that allows participants to complete the first task with the AI Co-founder at no cost. This trial is intended for participants to evaluate the program before committing to a paid plan.

2) Cancellation Conditions

Cancellation only applies to registrations that have not yet been paid. Once payment has been confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled except in the exceptional cases described in Section 4.

3) No Refunds on Paid Plans

Once a participant has completed the free Trial and chooses to purchase a paid plan (Launch or Scale), all payments are final and non-refundable. By completing the payment, the participant confirms that they have evaluated the program through the Trial and accept the terms of the paid plan.

4) Exceptions

Refunds may be considered at Dream Lab's sole discretion in the following exceptional cases:

  • Technical issues on Dream Lab's side that prevent access to the program for an extended period (more than 7 consecutive days)
  • Duplicate payments made in error
  • Dream Lab fails to provide program access within 7 days of payment confirmation

In these cases, the customer must provide evidence (screenshots, payment confirmation emails, or other documentation) when submitting the request.

5) Refund Amounts

  • Extended technical issues (more than 7 days): 100% refund of the order value
  • Duplicate payment: 100% refund of the duplicate amount
  • No access provided within 7 days: 100% refund of the order value

6) Refund Method

Refunds are processed via bank transfer to the bank account provided by the customer. Dream Lab will complete the refund within 14 business days after the request has been approved.

7) Cancellation of Use

Participants may stop using the program at any time. Cancellation does not entitle the participant to a refund. Program access remains available until the end of the current cohort period.

8) Exclusions

This Policy does not apply to:

  • The free Trial tier
  • Customers who have violated Dream Lab's Terms of Use
  • Other cases as stipulated by law or by separate agreement between Dream Lab and the customer

9) Request Process

Customers may submit cancellation, return, or refund requests via email to challenge@dream-lab.ai including their full name, registration email, and a description of the issue.

Dream Lab will review and process the request within 5 business days of receiving a valid request. The outcome will be communicated via email.

Dream Lab reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet the conditions of this Policy or where there are signs of fraud or abuse.

10) Consumer Rights

This Policy does not limit any rights you may have under the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights No. 19/2023/QH15 or other applicable Vietnamese consumer protection law.

11) Right to Amend

Dream Lab reserves the right to amend or supplement this Policy at any time. Changes will be published on dream-lab.ai and take effect from the date of publication.
