TERMS OF USE + PROGRAM TERMS
1) Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using the website dream-lab.ai (the “Site”) or registering for any Dream Lab workshop, course, cohort, bootcamp, mentorship, demo day, or related services (the “Program” or “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.
2) Eligibility
The Site and Services are intended for users who can form a legally binding contract under applicable law.

If you are under 18, you may use the Site and register for the Program only with parent/guardian consent.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the minimum age required by applicable law; if you believe a minor provided data without proper consent, contact us to request deletion.
3) What We Provide
Dream Lab provides education support and community-based support related to AI, entrepreneurship, product building, go-to-market, and startup execution. Program components may include lessons, templates, assignments, office hours, mentor sessions, peer feedback, and community channels.

Important: Dream Lab is an educational provider; we do not guarantee funding, revenue, hiring outcomes, product performance, or business success.
4) Registration, Accounts, and Accuracy of Information
To access certain features (e.g., applying, enrolling, scheduling consultation), you may need to submit information such as your name, email, phone number, and other details. You agree that: the information you provide is accurate and up to date; and you will not impersonate others or use someone else’s contact details without permission.
5) Data Collection and Consent (Email & Phone for Consultation)
When you fill in forms, apply, request a demo/consultation, or contact us, you consent to our collection and use of your information, including email address and phone number, for purposes such as: scheduling and delivering consultation/advisory calls; responding to questions about the Program, tuition, curriculum, requirements, cohort timing, and enrollment steps; sending onboarding instructions, reminders, program updates, and learning materials; community and operational communications (e.g., changes to schedule, event access links). This type of direct collection via phone, email, text, and website forms is standard in similar education/accelerator contexts. Communication channels: You may be contacted via email, phone call, SMS, WhatsApp/other messaging apps. Marketing choice / opt-out: You can opt out of promotional messages at any time by (a) using the unsubscribe link in emails (if provided) or (b) contacting us at challenge@dream-lab.ai. We will still send non-marketing, essential service messages (e.g., enrollment confirmation, access links, billing notices). 6) Additional Information We May Collect
Depending on how you use the Site, we may collect: usage and device data (e.g., IP address, browser/device type, pages visited) and cookies or similar tracking technologies for analytics, security, and improving user experience.
7) How We Share Data
We may share personal data only as needed to operate the Site and Services, including: with service providers (e.g., email/SMS delivery, CRM, scheduling tools, analytics) acting on our instructions; if required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security; in connection with a business transaction (e.g., merger, acquisition), subject to appropriate safeguards.
8) Data Security and Retention
We take reasonable measures to protect personal data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, unless a longer retention period is required by law or legitimate operational needs (e.g., audit, dispute resolution).
9) Program Rules, Participation, and Code of Conduct
You agree to: participate respectfully and professionally; not harass, discriminate, or abuse others; not disrupt sessions or communities; not post illegal, hateful, or harmful content; not misrepresent results, credentials, or affiliations.

We may warn, suspend, or remove participants (without refund in severe cases) for serious or repeated violations.
10) Course Requirements and Learner Responsibilities
To benefit from the Program, you are expected to: attend sessions and complete assigned work where applicable; use the materials for learning purposes; provide feedback or progress updates if the Program design requires it.

You understand that outcomes depend heavily on your effort, market factors, and execution.
11) Payments, Taxes, and Refunds
If the Program includes paid offerings:a) Prices, billing details, and what is included in each plan will be displayed at checkout on dream-lab.ai/checkout.b) Payment is made via bank transfer to Dream Lab's designated bank account. Bank details, QR codes, and transfer instructions are provided on the checkout page.c) By registering and making a payment, you authorize Dream Lab to process your payment and issue an electronic invoice (hóa đơn điện tử) in accordance with Vietnamese tax regulations. The invoice will be sent to the email address you provided during registration.d) You are responsible for any taxes or fees applicable in your jurisdiction.e) If you entered a scholarship or discount code during registration, please wait for our confirmation email with the adjusted amount before making your transfer.f) Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy in Section 23 below. Key points: a free Trial is available to evaluate the program before purchasing; once a paid plan is purchased, all payments are final and non-refundable, with limited exceptions. Please review the full policy before registering.
12) Intellectual Property (IP) and Content Use
All Site and Program materials (videos, slides, templates, text, branding, and content) are owned by Dream Lab or its licensors and are protected by IP laws.You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access materials for personal learning within the Program.

You may not: copy, resell, distribute, publicly post, or commercially exploit materials; record sessions or share recordings without written permission; remove watermarks, copyrights, or notices.
13) Participant Content and Permission to Use Testimonials
If you submit content (assignments, project updates, demo videos, comments, feedback, or testimonials), you grant Dream Lab a limited right to use it to operate the Program.

Marketing use (optional but common): If you provide a testimonial, review, or success story, you allow us to display it (with your name/role/company if you approved) unless you request removal in writing.
14) Recording of Sessions
Some sessions may be recorded for internal training, participant replay, quality improvement, or program operations. By joining such sessions, you consent to recording where lawful. If you do not want to be recorded, do not join recorded sessions or use provided alternatives if available.
15) Confidentiality and Startup Information
Dream Lab communities often involve sharing early-stage ideas. You agree: not to share other participants’ confidential information outside the Program; not to copy, scrape, or exploit others’ ideas, materials, or non-public discussions.Dream Lab is not responsible for disclosures you voluntarily make in public channels or public demo events.
16) Third-Party Links and Tools
The Site may link to third-party websites or tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
17) Disclaimers
The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law: we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access; we do not guarantee business outcomes.
18) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream Lab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Site or Services.Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to Dream Lab for the relevant Service in the 6 (six) months before the event giving rise to the claim.Nothing in this section shall limit liability for damages caused by intentional fault or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Vietnamese law.
19) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dream Lab and its team from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of: your misuse of the Site/Services; your violation of these Terms; your infringement of others’ rights.
20) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or Program if: you violate these Terms; you create risk or legal exposure for Dream Lab; or required by law.

You may stop using the Site at any time. Termination does not affect accrued payment obligations or sections that should survive (IP, confidentiality, limitation of liability, etc.).
21) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a new "Effective Date" and "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.Where changes are material (e.g., changes to pricing, refund terms, liability, or data processing), we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants via email at least 14 (fourteen) calendar days before the changes take effect.Continued use of the Site or Services after the updated Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the Site and Services.

22) Payment Policy

23) Refund and Cancellation Policy

Dream Lab offers a free Trial tier that allows participants to evaluate the program before committing to a paid plan.

Once a participant has completed the free Trial and chooses to purchase a paid plan (Launch or Scale), all payments are final and non-refundable. Refunds may be considered at Dream Lab's sole discretion in exceptional cases (extended technical issues or duplicate payments made in error).

Participants may stop using the program at any time. Cancellation does not entitle the participant to a refund. Program access remains available until the end of the current cohort period.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights No. 19/2023/QH15.

24) Delivery Policy

The Dream Lab program is delivered 100% online through the Dream Lab platform (dream-lab.ai). Program access is delivered within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

25) Data Protection

When you register or use our services, we collect: full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, team name, selected program plan, and scholarship or discount codes. We may also collect usage data and cookies for analytics and security.

We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds under the Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15 (PDPL): your explicit consent, contractual necessity, and legal obligation. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Under the PDPL, you have the right to access, correct, delete your personal data, withdraw consent, and file a complaint with the competent authority.

26) Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any matters not covered by these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Vietnamese law.

27) Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved as follows:

a) Negotiation: The parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date one party notifies the other in writing of the dispute.

b) Mediation: If negotiation fails, either party may request mediation through the Vietnam International Mediation Centre (VMC) or a competent local mediation body.

c) Litigation: If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation or mediation, it shall be submitted to the competent People's Court of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, for final resolution.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the local Department of Industry and Trade (Sở Công Thương) or the Vietnam Competition and Consumer Authority (Cục Cạnh tranh và Bảo vệ người tiêu dùng Việt Nam) in accordance with the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights No. 19/2023/QH15.

28) Consumer Rights Under Vietnamese Law

As a consumer in Vietnam, you are entitled to the rights provided under the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights No. 19/2023/QH15, including but not limited to:

  • The right to receive accurate and complete information about the Services, including pricing, quality, and conditions, before making a purchase decision
  • The right to choose and use Services that meet published standards and quality commitments
  • The right to request a refund, cancellation, or exchange of Services in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law
  • The right to have your personal data and privacy protected in accordance with applicable data protection laws
  • The right to file complaints, report violations, and seek compensation for damages caused by violations of consumer protection law
  • The right to participate in the formulation and implementation of consumer protection policies and legislation

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any rights that you have under applicable Vietnamese consumer protection law.

29) Force Majeure

Dream Lab shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, war, civil unrest, government actions or orders, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or other force majeure events as defined under the Civil Code of Vietnam.

In the event of force majeure, Dream Lab will make reasonable efforts to notify affected participants promptly and to resume Services as soon as practicable.

30) Language

These Terms are available in English and Vietnamese. In case of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and the Vietnamese version, the Vietnamese version shall prevail for all matters governed by Vietnamese law.
